Published:  01 December, 2008

Impax Group, the specialist environmental investment company, has appointed Victor Juttmann as investment manager.

He joins the firm’s private equity team from tax lawyers De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, and will provide commercial, legal and tax work for the firm’s solar and wind energy portfolio.

Juttmann has five years’ experience advising on private equity, M&A and finance deals.

Ian Simm, chief executive at Impax, said: “Victor’s experience will be valuable to our marketing and business development.

“Next year is shaping up to be a crucial one for global environmental policy, which should encourage further investment in the sector.”
